Old, New, Borrowed, Blue, Again!

Time for more "old, new, borrowed and blue!"  Well, I guess it depends on your perspective!  The card is one I created a while back, however, it's never been on my blog before, that's my "old" and "new!"  It has some "blue" flowers and they're very summery looking so I can imagine them in a wedding.  Okay, so I don't have a "borrowed," that's okay, three out of four isn't bad!

Just to recap the challenge, this month our challenge is, "Old, New, Borrowed, Blue", with the obvious thought being a wedding theme...but not necessarily. Add an old embellishment or picture. Use a new stencil design or technique. Borrow, or CASE (copy and say everything) another designers project, and obviously, blue...is blue.  Here's my card:

Here's what I used to create this card:

Dreamweaver Stencils© Stencil LX 7021 Corner Flowers
Dreamweaver Stencils© White Embossing Paste
Stampendous!® Stamps Friendship Assortment Perfectly Clear Stamps™
Neenah® Classic Crest™ Solar White
Bazzill® Cardstock
Memento™ Tuxedo Black
Copic® Markers
May Arts Ribbon™
Queen & Co® Rhinestones
Beacon Adhesive® Zip Dry™

Here's what I did to create this card:

Paste emboss the stencil onto white cs, set aside to dry
Reposition stencil onto dry paste and color flowers with Copic markers
Trim stenciled piece to desired size
Create card base from pink cardstock
Stamp sentiment onto white cardstock, trim to desired size
Create mat for sentiment and adhere pieces
Attach embossed piece to front of card base
Using foam mounting squares, attached matted sentiment
Attach ribbon to card
Add rhinestones

This is it for me today.  I'll see you again tomorrow with another post.  Until then, check out the rest of my team members and play along with our challenge!

Have a blessed day!  See you again on Friday!

Hugs,
Lea
