Pretty and Practical Storage

Welcome back to final day of the Stampendous and the Deflecto Craft Design Teams blog hop.  It’s been an amazing week with tons of inspiration and fun.  For my project today, I decorated  the Deflecto Carousel Rotating Organizer - 9 Bins.  I’m so excited to have this awesome organizer, I can’t wait to fill it up!

Here’s what I used to create this project:

Snap ’N Peel® Sticky Paper
StāzOn Cactus Green Ink Pad by Tsukineko®
StāzOn Emerald City Ink Pad by Tsukineko®
StāzOn Blue Hawaii Ink Pad by Tsukineko®
Sponge Daubers by Tsukineko®

Here’s what I did to create this project:

Apply ink dots with a sponge dauber on outside of each bin as shown.
Die cut 9 labels from sticky back paper.
Paint all three colors on each label, add additional coats as needed.
Cover each label with chalkboard paint.
Adhere labels to bins.

Here’s the list of my teammates playing along today:

  6. Plain and simple but so pretty.
    And so useful.
Great that you can label each bin.
If necessary - the labeling could be
changed if you want to use the bin for something else.
