Stick to It!

For my project today, I've used the Donna-Salazar Designs with Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Denim Art Journal.  Well, to be precise, I've used the cover for today.  I'll share more of it with you tomorrow.  


Bare cover, ready to decorate


Section covered with gesso


Gesso covered with paint


Teal paints added for water


Clouds painted and stenciling/pasting complete


Close-up of stenciled/pasted section


Twine added over double-sided tape


Boat added using 3D Foam Squares


Completed cover after finishing touches of additional modeling paste and paint

    How EXCITING to work with the denim as a base, add the textures from your BEAUTIFUL sailing scene and it will be WONDERFUL to hold the cover and open the pages - LOVE IT!!!

    would be seasick if I was on that boat.
    It's a wonderful project - so much movement
