Tangible Texture

This week at Stampendous® is all about our new Texture Cubes.  I am in love with the Quest Texture Cube I used for my card today!  It's like having all the fun mixed media tools in one cubed stamp!  It makes creating a card with what appears to be tangible texture a breeze.   It's like you can feel the splatters and the ridges and all the little dots!  So very cool!!

Here's what I used to create this card:

Stampendous® Products -

Other Products -

Memento™ Bahama Blue Ink Pad by Tsukineko®
Memento™ Summer Sky Ink Pad by Tsukineko®
Memento™ Pear Tart Ink Pad by Tsukineko®
Memento™ Cantaloupe Ink Pad by Tsukineko®
Margarita Mix Gelato® by Faber-Castell
Kiwi Gelato® by Faber-Castell
Lemon Gelato® by Faber-Castell
Cotton Candy Gelato® by Faber-Castell
Turquoise Double Dot Paper by Bo Bunny®
May Arts Ribbon®
Zip Dry™ Paper Glue by Beacon Adhesives

Here's what I did to create this card:
  1. Trim a piece of mixed media white paper to 4" x 5 1/4"
  2. Cover with Gelatos and smudge around with a baby wipe
  3. Stamp various sides of cube with different colors of ink
  4. Stamp sentiment with black ink as shown
  5. Create a bow and adhere tails as shown
  6. Create an A2 card base from turquoise double dot paper
  7. Adhere stamped paper to card base

There you go!  A simple, easy to create, card with bright colors sure to help you have a happy day!  Thanks for stopping by today and I'll see you again next week with more Stampendous® inspiration.  In the meantime, have a blessed week!

Hugs,
Lea
