Let's Go Sledding!

Stampendous is celebrating Family Time and Time With Friends this week.  Today I have a card about sharing time with friends.  I love these adorable bears and I bet you will, too!

Here's what I used to create this card:

P274 Bear Sled
MPW811 Mixed Media White Paper
MEM01 Memento™ Tuxedo Black Ink Pad by Tsukineko®
VP001 VersaMarker™ by Tsukineko®
SSH38 Small Perfectly Clear™ Acrylic Handle

Chameleon™ Markers (BR5, OL3, NU3, BR2, BK4, RD4, GR3, VO4, BL6)
Emerald Green Archival Ink Pad by Ranger®
Tim Holtz® Tumbled Glass Distress Ink by Ranger®
Ribbon by May Arts®
Green Cardstock by Bazzill Basics Paper®
Red Cardstock by Bazzill Basics Paper®
ZipDry™ Paper Glue by Beacon Adhesives™

Here's what I did to create this card:

1  Stamp image, color and trim to desired size.
2  Create a horizontal A2 card base with a tent fold from red cardstock.
3  Trim a piece of green cardstock for background.
4  Cut a piece of ribbon and adhere to green background paper by wrapping and securing ends on back of cardstock.
5  Adhere green cardstock to red card base.
6  Using VersaMark Pen, add ink to where you want to add sparkle, sprinkle on Sparkle Puff, shake off excess and heat set.
7  Adhere image to card front.
8  Stamp sentiment on scrap of white paper with green ink.
9  Create mat for sentiment and adhere both pieces.
10 Trim another piece of ribbon and create a loop, adhere to front of card as shown.
11 Adhere sentiment to middle of ribbon loop.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  If you’re here in the States, I hope your Thanksgiving holiday was delightful and you were able to spend it with family and friends.  Enjoy the rest of your weekend and, if you’re bargain shopping, have fun!  I’m going to be in the mountains camping!

Many blessings,

  1. Yep, this is super CUTE and love the glistening snow for these friends riding along the countryside. Thank you for sharing your project with us!
