What I did to create this project:
I stamped my image, colored it with Copics® and trimmed it to the desired size
Created card base with a tent fold and trimmed a mat to fit my stamped image
Trimmed patterned paper to fit card base
Adhere all layers as shown with Zip Dry™
Punch out stars, write USA on them and attach to card with foam mounting squares
