Everyday Chicks

I love the new Stampendous Everyday Chicks!  These are just the cutest little fluff balls and they really bring a smile to my face.  A short while back, I was lying in bed trying to fall asleep and I started thinking about this set.  I love words, word games, puns, fun plays on expressions, pretty much anything to do with words.  Do you get it?  Tres chic(ks) - Very pretty/three chicks in Paris!  Yeah, okay, it's corny, I know.  Still, it's just one of those things that popped into my head and it just wouldn't go away until I created this page.  So there, now my brain can move onto another project!

So, this is a journal page done with fun in mind.  I love the juxtaposition of the images.  I love the cute little cartoon-style chicks and font mixed with the more realistic-style Eiffel Tower and trees!

Here's what I used to create this journal page:

Hugs,
Lea

  2. This is absolutely adorable. I am not a journal person-just not comfortable with the process of exposing my inner feelings. But this I could do and have a great time doing it. Thank you so much for the delightful inspiration.
