Peace Moon


Today is the last day of our week celebrating the holidays at Stampendous with Laurel Burch stamps.  If you love to color as much as I love to color, these stamps are perfect.  This particular stamp is called Peace Moon, I seriously love this one!

Here's what I used to create this card:

Firecracker Cardstock by My Colors®
Parrot Cardstock by My Colors®
Gold Sharpie® Marker
Delicata™ Golden Glitz Ink Pad by Tsukineko®
White Gel Pen by Sakura®
E-Z Runner® Adhesive by Scrapbook Adhesives™

Copic® Markers (YR07, YR09, YR23, YR68, R02, R14, R27, R29, R56, R59, R89, B24, B37, B39, G03, G07, Y17)

Here's what I did to create this card:
  1. Stamp image with black ink on white paper
  2. Color image with markers
  3. Trim image closely
  4. Trim red cardstock in a vertical A2 size with a tent fold
  5. Trim a mat for image in green cardstock
  6. Adhere layers as shown

    WOW WOW WOW it looks SO different colored in this way. I LOVE IT. It is a folk art look, sort of Nordic/Scandinavian, which I am really into these days. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!
