April Catalog Sneak Peek

I don't know about you, but, I love a good sneak peek!  I'm nosy and I'll be the first one to admit it.  I'm a Leo so there's a lot to be said for "curiosity killed the cat."  LOL!  Yep!  Anytime a company is offering me a sneak peek at their product, you can bet I'm looking!  One of my favorite things to do with Stampendous® is share my favorite card in the catalog four times a year.  So, without further ado...drumroll, please...ta-da!

I love this card!  I really love the new Stampendous® House-Mouse® Design Coffee Break Rubber Stamp!  My dad was a big-time coffee drinker and today would have been his 80th birthday if he were still here.  If I had a dollar for every cup of coffee he drank, I would be rich!  The style of this coffee cup makes me think of him, too, as he drank coffee from similarly styled cups.  Funny how those little details speak to you in such a personal way.

Here's what I did to make this card:

1. Stamp image, color and trim closely
2. Trim green cardstock to 5.25” x 4”
3. Stamp green cardstock with script stamp
4. Trim kraft paper for an A2 card base
5. Adhere main image to green paper and wrap with twine
6. Adhere layered image to card base
