Yes...SANDY Claus! All of this week, the Stampendous and Dreamweaver teams are playing with a mix of their products, along with some wonderful, SAND-ABLE papers from Core'dinations. Join us as we sand our way to the "core" of all things Christmas and the Holiday season. Of course, there will be prizes, and we give away the best...this time with a mix of fun Core'dinations products as well. To be one of three prize package winners, follow the posted link lists each day, leave a comment, and winners will be selected from these comments at the beginning of next week. This is what you might win:
Here's my project for today's hop:
Here's what I used to create this card:
Darice® Recycled Kraft Cards & Envelopes
Echo Park® Wintertime Collection Patterned Paper
Memento™ Rich Cocoa Ink by Tsukineko®
Tim Holtz® Distress Ink in Antique Linen
Copic® Markers - BG72, 75, 78, 93, 96; E08, 40 41, 42, 43, 44; B0000; W4, 7, 8
May Arts Ribbon®
Zip Dry™ Paper Glue by Beacon® Adhesives
Here's what I did to create this card:
Stamp snowman image, color, trim to desired size and add distress ink around edges
Trim Core cardstock to desired size to fit embossing folder
Run embossing folder with cardstock through machine and sand cardstock to reveal core
Trim patterned paper to desired size
Layer image, embossed piece and patterned paper together and adhere
Create bow and wrap tails around to back side of layered papers and adhere
Adhere layered stack and ribbon to card front
That's it for me! Don't forget to leave a comment to be eligible to win a prize package.
